Joselyn Santos was very professional and delivered an awesome customer service experience for me. She and the service department were able to find an issue with my car that was still covered under the Po awesome customer service experience for me. She and the service department were able to find an issue with my car that was still covered under the Power Train warranty and had it repaired free of charge. Although it took longer than anticipated, Joselyn made certain I had a loaner car to use during the entire time it took to repair my car. Joselyn also communicated well so I knew what to expect. I am very content with the service that Joselyn and Infiniti of Ontario had provided me. I was also impressed with Joselyn's colleagues, Maritza and Brooke, and how they stepped in to help me when she was off. Thank you ladies! Went in for an oil and filter change, took about 2. 5 hours with an appointment. If you just need oil and filter change, i'd suggest going someplace else. I asked why it took so long, the reply was that they are understaffed and are looking to fill positions. As far as the service, they do attend to you when you get there quick enough, however, it can be pretty pricey. Oil and Filter was about $82.00 with coupon. Brake service they wanted about $750...found some place else where i paid about $350...so saved $400.00. More
