had my car serviced at this location, first they under filled my engine by 1.7 quarts of oil i had them tow the car back and redo the oil change when i got the car back it was over filled by about 1.2 qua filled my engine by 1.7 quarts of oil i had them tow the car back and redo the oil change when i got the car back it was over filled by about 1.2 quarts. i was extremely upset and frustrated that i did not want them touching my car again. my service advisor Michael Longridge was awesome he did what he can to rectify the situation, but the service department can not get a simple oil change correct is very concerning. i will not be servicing my car at this location anymore. More

The service department is first rate. They bend over backwards to fix the car the first time and to get it back to the customer in a timely fashion. Infiniti of Ontario has a courteous and professional staff, they go out of their way to make you feel at home there. Their Service and Sales staff are second to none. I bought my Red Sport there, and wi staff, they go out of their way to make you feel at home there. Their Service and Sales staff are second to none. On 05/25/21 I took my Q50 for routine maintenance. I was greeted and assisted by Mr. Jerome Porter. He’s a 5 start advisor. He was personable, attentive and keep me updated on the status of my car. First bad experience, dropped car off on Friday night for starter issue. Was never called on status, only to call and find out they needed to keep car over weekend.
