I drive 30 min out of the way to have this dealer handle my vehicle needs. They continue to provide excellent service and do what it takes to make sure we have what we need when we leave. I have had the dealer in Tustin tell me something can't be fixed or they can't find the problem. I brought my vehicle to Infiniti of Ontario and they quickly found the problem and resolved it. The communication with the service advisors are clear and frequent. The parts department goes out of their way to make sure I have what I need and if they dont have it they get it ordered for me. Knowing we have such a good dealer to work with for post purchase events we have purchased another Infiniti vehicle to add to our families cars. More

I came into the dealer at 7am due to my Heater blowing out cool air. My car was diagnosed and then to find another problem which was covered under warranty. I didn't leave the dealer until 417pm. When situations arise of this nature, I feel as though a shuttle or a loaner car should be available to the customer. I will add Olivia did her best to make sure she kept me updated with the progress of the car. More
