Extremely poor customer service. Each time I’ve needed service and asked for a courtesy car it’s somehow unavailable. Last time my car was going to be out for several days and customer service rep said sp service and asked for a courtesy car it’s somehow unavailable. Last time my car was going to be out for several days and customer service rep said spare cars were all out but she would call me back in 30 minutes. Of course she never called and when I called over an hour later she “stepped out” but a more confrontational rep was ready to curtly rebuff me. After letting him know that I would rent a car and deduct the amount from my monthly payment, because it was a work day and I couldn’t be without a car, a car happened to be available. I lease a luxury car specifically to avoid hassles like that. Our other car is also a lease but through Crevier BMW and I will likely go there once my lease is up. No amount of liking my Infiniti will make up for the repeated subpar customer service. More
Staff Extremely helpful in getting my car repaired, with items that are difficult to justify to insurance adjuster. Went the extra mile(s) !!!! This dealership would not replace the battery per warranty - even though it was under warranty - clearly failing and I had to keep jump starting the car. Even they had to jump the car but kept sayi warranty - even though it was under warranty - clearly failing and I had to keep jump starting the car. Even they had to jump the car but kept saying that the battery had enough cca to pass. An utterly ridiculous and unprecedented situation - even after 25+ years of owning many different cars. I’ve never had a warranty claim refused like this. All for a $250 battery. They would rather me be stranded on the side of the road than replace the clearly failing battery. Quite a policy. More
