This dealership would not replace the battery per warranty - even though it was under warranty - clearly failing and I had to keep jump starting the car. Even they had to jump the car but kept sayi warranty - even though it was under warranty - clearly failing and I had to keep jump starting the car. Even they had to jump the car but kept saying that the battery had enough cca to pass. An utterly ridiculous and unprecedented situation - even after 25+ years of owning many different cars. I’ve never had a warranty claim refused like this. All for a $250 battery. They would rather me be stranded on the side of the road than replace the clearly failing battery. Quite a policy. More

I didn't like the fact that I was told at the start of my service I was going to be to have everything installed for my tow package, then to hear after waiting 4 hours I would have to come back another day t service I was going to be to have everything installed for my tow package, then to hear after waiting 4 hours I would have to come back another day to complete the installation. I made it clear I lived in Lancaster, CA., which is 2-2.5 hours away depending on traffic and was disappointed I have come back another day and wait another hour to get the job completed. More
