New car purchase After my initial frustration with a sales rep not returning my emails I discovered he was no longer with the dealership. Upon returning to test drive After my initial frustration with a sales rep not returning my emails I discovered he was no longer with the dealership. Upon returning to test drive another vehicle I was connected with Jose (Molina) who walked my wife and I through the car functionality and handed us the keys to test drive ourselves (he was juggling another customer at the same time). This was perfect for us - we were able to drive somewhere, park, check out the seating alignments and cameras, etc. before returning to the dealership. Prior to concluding our visit we asked Jose for their best price so as to not waste our time or his going back and forth haggling. We received what we consider a very fair price. After driving some other vehicles we returned to Jose to purchase the QX-60. Everything went exactly as he told us it would. More
Faulkner Infiniti Blatant Dishonesty In Our View This dealership people are trained very well, Kevin Rogers the General Manager in my view is a master manipulator, he will smile at you, shake your ha This dealership people are trained very well, Kevin Rogers the General Manager in my view is a master manipulator, he will smile at you, shake your hand and turn around and do all he can to make the dealership profitable at your expense. If the dealership in my view as in my case I believe made a mistake, they don't care and I think it is simple they don't want to pay for the mistake they made. I purchased a vehicle to me that wasn't as described and within minutes of leaving the dealership I knew the vehicle was in need of a repair, and Pat Haggarty the used car manager indicated to me that they would take care of it, even promising to send me a check for the repair. It has been almost a year and I am still waiting on that check. Kevin Rogers GM was made aware that the check wasn't received..... If you purchase a vehicle even if it is certified it is a good idea according to Consumer Reports, Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book to have an independent mechanic review it. Faulkner Infiniti has a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau. They in my experience infer on their website and when in person that at the end of the day, they will take care of any issues, but when issues come up Kevin Rogers who is the General Manager, to me acted as if he cares but found by his actions my experience it seemed to me his only goal was to make money for the dealership. I get that but what I don't get is expecting a customer to take a loss for something the customer didn't do and offer not even an apology and trying to upcharge another vehicle to trade for this one. In fact, Faulkner offered to trade in the vehicle but the only caveat is I would have to spend thousands more than retail for the very vehicle they told me the best deal was $47,988. According to Kevin Rogers it was fast and easy, well the book value was much less for retail and when they put the vehicle they were going to have me buy to get out of this problem vehicle they put it on their site for $45,000!!! I might have paid $45,000 or slightly below that for the retail value of the vehicle (still would have suffered losses) but they weren't interested in that. See in these deals what they can do according to Edmunds and others is make it look like they are given you a great deal for the trade in, but upcharge you on retail prices. But to me it is disturbing when at the end of the day, they promise to take care of you and trade the vehicle but set up a deal that seems to me like pure gouging to myself and my wife. Being a luxury car buyer I expected more than how I was treated. I contacted Infiniti Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General. Now we are going to court on August 06th. To me this isn't the Infiniti car experience I signed up for whatsoever. More

We are first time leasers and Joseph Evangelista, our saleman, was very accommodating in every aspect of our visit. He listened explicitly to what I wanted in a vehicle, was asked to drive different vehicles and let him know what I enjoyed about each one and together we were able to determine the best fit for my needs. He was truly exceptional. Ended up leasing a 2019 QX60 which is absolutely beautiful. I waited a week for the perfect combination of color that I wanted and they delivered!!! I'm so excited to have had such a wonderful experience at this dealership. More

Zero Customer Service Leased a new Q50s and while I love the car and its performance, my experience with this dealer left a lot to be desired. I was very quick and easy to Leased a new Q50s and while I love the car and its performance, my experience with this dealer left a lot to be desired. I was very quick and easy to make the deal, prepared to sign the lease with exactly what I needed and the salesman did not provide any service at all. I left the dealership to get my daughter from school on time, and the salesman promised to come to my home to over the features of of the vehicle. This never happened. I called to schedule a time and he never got back to me. Also, I traded in my previous vehicle and was told the rear sun visors for my children would be returned to me and this never occurred. The inspection stickers expired two month after I left the lot with the vehicle, this has never happened to me with a new car. When I called to inquire about this, I was not treated professionally by the woman in charge of this and she never called me back. Most recently, my daughter and I hit a pothole and the front tire went flat. When I checked to see if there was a spare or donut, there was none. I was never made aware of this by the dealer and this seems like something important to tell your customers; especially those like myself with small children and expecting a child. When you pay $55,000 for a car, you expect a donut unless you are told otherwise, or told about features of the tires that allow you to drive on them flat, which we were not. I will certainly seek another Infiniti dealer in the future. More
