Awful service I had really bad experience with their service. The technician guy told me that I have to replace the active cruise control sonar for 3000$ to fix par I had really bad experience with their service. The technician guy told me that I have to replace the active cruise control sonar for 3000$ to fix parking cameras. Me: "Okay, but what if it would not help to fix the issue with cameras". Him: "Then we replace something else." I would strongly recommend Infiniti to replace this guy instead of my sonar and refund me $350. BTW Danny was really nice, he is a great service manager and this review is not about him! More

Danny in Service is always on top of his game. This is my second owned Infinity and I think I’ll probably stick with Infiniity for 2 reasons.
