Tamiko Reed We never got to service because they were jammed. The service advisor went above and beyond to solve the problem including getting down on the ground We never got to service because they were jammed. The service advisor went above and beyond to solve the problem including getting down on the ground and looking under the rear bumper. She was able to temporarily fix the problem- missing screw- by using double sided tape. It is still holding! Thank you Tamiko- you were great! More

I got an Automatic scheduled me for 1/01/17 at 8am and when I called because it seemed to be a mistake she rescheduled me and when showed up for my real apt I was not down for service. More
