My new Santa Fe I have to say I wasn't initially happy with Ideal due to a prior experience with a particular salesperson but for some reason, I found myself there ag I have to say I wasn't initially happy with Ideal due to a prior experience with a particular salesperson but for some reason, I found myself there again wanting to purchase a new Santa Fe. This time however, my salesman was Shawn Terry, a gentleman who was very nice but was in the process of learning how to sell cars. It took about 5 hours to purchase the vehicle but Shawn did his very best and was very apologetic for the length of time it took to purchase the vehicle. I did understand as everyone has to learn the ropes and, as such, he did a fine job.
