From the start, the sales agent Saif was excellent. He let things progress at our timeframe and was always polite and personable. In any event, another sales agent worked with us, but we were not as happy with him. We tried to negotiate, and he was not only a bit unpleasant (not overtly, we just got that vibe), but also was a bit disingenuous about the value of our trade. In any event, we settled on a price which I think was reasonable. Once we signed, we were kept waiting quite a while (about an hour) until the financial person was free. Also unpleasant. I think Ideal is a good dealership, but, with the exception of Saif (who was great), no one else left us with a warm enough feeling that we would look forward to another sale. More
