The dealership worked with me in a non-ideal situation. I admit I had no leverage but they still put a deal together that included dealing with negative equity in my trade. But, they rating suffers because I admit I had no leverage but they still put a deal together that included dealing with negative equity in my trade. But, they rating suffers because they bundled in a "total protection package" warranty without ever mentioning it to me. Because they signed all the documents on a tablet, without printouts to review, it was not easy to spot until I read the documents they provided on a USB stick when I got home. Seemed a little underhanded. But I would still recommend them...just ask to see ALL the documents, not just lines to sign upon. More
