We liked the "Express Buying" option at Ideal Hyundai. The only issue was that the original car we reserved was never delivered from the manufacturer, but Abhi and Ideal Hyundai made it right, offered us the exact model for 2024 with no upcharge and honored our trade-in value. We didn't get the car for at least 2 months but it was worth the wait. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, incl. Bill Duque the Finance Director that finalized the sale. Thank you! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for honest, fair car salesmen. More

Shahzad did an okay job. I knew exactly what car I wanted. I came in, and test drove the car. I wanted to buy it, and went through the process with him. I had to negotiate them to honor the price that was listed online, and was told I was lucky they would even do that. I later found out that there is a 400 dollar theft number imprinted onto all vehicles from this dealership (not disclosed to me) and this additional charge is mandatorily placed on all vehicles. I was told that I was supposed to be informed of this by Shahzah, by the gentleman who did my financing. I was provided the excuse that they do this all day long, and they forget sometimes. However this isn't an acceptable way to speak to a customer about your coworkers performance in my opinion. Nor is this a reasonable way to add on a $400 fee. Dom did a fairly poor job. He immediately mentioned that he has only been doing this for 3 weeks, and needed someone else to come in to help him complete the financing. Truthfully, in hindsight I should have simply asked for someone else at this point. When I told Dom I was not interested in their additional coverages, I was pressured consistently. As well, I was told that the financing rate was not negotiable. However, the form I received later specifically states that loan rates from Hyundai motor finance are in fact negotiable. I also informed the gentleman that I did not want the extended warranty and called about it the following day. I came to find out that their was a miscommunication, and that this was not disclosed completely. However, there is a recall on thousands of new Hyundai vehicles that I found out about recently. While, I am fortunate that my vehicle does not have a recall, I am happy that I got the extended warranty, as I am concerned that something will happen to my vehicle now. As for Luis, I did not interact with this individual at all. However, I did leave him a voicemail 2 days ago and I have not heard back from him since. More
