When I learned that I could not buy a Hyundai Tucson plug-in hybrid in my home state of New Hampshire, I started looking around the internet for potential dealers. After finding Ideal's site, Rick Ne plug-in hybrid in my home state of New Hampshire, I started looking around the internet for potential dealers. After finding Ideal's site, Rick Nelson made contact with me and we quickly settled on how to proceed so that I could get the Tucson model I wanted when it became available. We stayed in fairly regular contact and he was able to get me my desired vehicle sooner than any other dealer. I drove to Frederick on July 12, 2022 and Rick stayed with me through the entire purchase and trade-in process then took me through a thorough review of all the features on the new Tucson. This lasted until near 8 p.m. that day. I am very happy with this car and grateful to Rick for making the process so rewarding.
