I Don't Recommend! I made appointments twice for this dealership to service my suv that I purchased from them on 11/10/18. When I took it there, they said they were ver I made appointments twice for this dealership to service my suv that I purchased from them on 11/10/18. When I took it there, they said they were very busy, but gave me a card to contact them the Wednesday after Christmas. I called several times throughout the day but got no answer. So, I rescheduled my appointment online. The day before the appointment, I made several attempts throughout the day to contact them, left messages--nothing! I don't know about other Ilderton locations, but I would definitely not recommend the High Point, NC location. I have an extended warranty purchased from that dealership, and when I took the vehicle in the first time, they said they couldn't find any evidence of it. That's when they told me to come back the following Wednesday. Several days after purchase, the vehicle started making a loud knocking noise at the right front wheel well, which is the reason for the visit. I knew I would have to leave the vehicle, which wasn't a problem, but having them not answer my calls or contact me after I left numerous messages... I don't know! BUT... they've called me nearly every week since my purchase to ask me if I'm still in the market for a car. Go figure! More

Awesome Service Department! I purchased my vehicle in Prince George, Virginia and we live in Asheboro, NC so commuting for service there would be pretty much pointless. I started going to Asheboro Dodge and was very disappointed. I switched to Ilderton Dodge was immediately impressed. I had a couple issues with my vehicle and Al Claus the service manager at Ilderton worked and worked until he helped resolve the issues my Durango was having. I will never switch back to Asheboro as long as I have a dodge and Al is at Ilderton! Happy customer :) More

Make sure you ask and get what you want b/c they will act like can't remember or have time for you. When we got the car it was raining that night, so a lot of things I didn't notice like: car had scratches on the passenger door, car was infested with ants, cracked in front window, no spare tire, front tire are bald ,and they act like they didnt know to mail my tag out and was rude about it when I inquired about it. They also ran my credit with other multiple creditors even though I requested them not to and had my own financer. Based on my experience I suggest to go somewhere else. More
