My husband and I leased a truck from Imperial with the plan to buy it out in the end . When it was time to turn our lease in ,Imperial convinced us it would be better to buy a newer truck . They agreed t plan to buy it out in the end . When it was time to turn our lease in ,Imperial convinced us it would be better to buy a newer truck . They agreed to “ eat “ the mileage and the wear and tear . ( the truck was in excellent condition when we returned it ) . Over 4 months later we received a bill saying we owe over$ 1,400.00 on our lease . After calling Imperial several times and getting Absolutely nowhere I stopped in and spoke to the sales manger who was so rude and disrespectful. My husband and I were told we could talk to the executive assistant to the general manager . I’ve left several messages and emails with no response. I will never buy another vehicle from them again . Honest service I was very happy with the service I received on my Ford Focus. Donny was very friendly and made sure that I knew exactly what was happening with my ca I was very happy with the service I received on my Ford Focus. So Impressed! CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT YOUR SERVICE CENTER!!!!! New to the area and had to find a new dealer for my GMC Acadia. Tried calling the local G CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT YOUR SERVICE CENTER!!!!! New to the area and had to find a new dealer for my GMC Acadia. Tried calling the local GMC/Buick dealer and was immediately turned off. Was going to just bring it to a chain shop in the town over but I figured I would give the Chevy dealer a shot. Not only was Chris able to take my car in right away, but they also did a recall that I didn't even know about yet! Im just so pleased with my experience. Chris is such a Nice man. I chatted with the other service reps, Anne and Patrick and even got introduced to the Service Manager Tim! Such a great group of people. You will NOT be disappointed. Highly recommend Chris! He is a true asset to your company. More
