Totally Stress Free Experience I purchased a new car from Imperial Chevrolet yesterday. We walked through the parking lot and saw the car my wife and I wanted. Upon walking in we I purchased a new car from Imperial Chevrolet yesterday. We walked through the parking lot and saw the car my wife and I wanted. Upon walking in we were greeted by Crystal Floyd. She was very friendly and asked if she could help us. We told her we wanted to test drive a new Chevy Spark.. From that point on we knew we were going to purchase the vehicle. Crystal was so nice to work with. She was very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and nice. We made the deal and then it was on to the finance manager Ahmad Al-Jallad. Let me tell you, I have always dreaded going into the finance managers office. Well it became a very easy process. Ahmad took all the stress away from it all. He joked with us and made us feel at ease. He did jump through hoops and had to sweat a little, but he made the deal work. In the end, not only did we get a new car, but we made two new friends.
