It was great and no pressure I wasn't really sure I was in the market for another car but was considering it if repair to current car was to be too expensive. Bringing my car in I wasn't really sure I was in the market for another car but was considering it if repair to current car was to be too expensive. Bringing my car in for a diagnosis it turned out that a new transmission switch was needed as well as a new hood latch so I decided to speak with Josh whom I spoke to before and asked what he could show me . I had previously looked at a 2018 Spark but liked my current 014 better. Any way very long story short I ended up getting the 2019. Ahmad the financial manager; who worked endlessly for over 3 hours to get me the best bank for my loan. I got to know him quite well during that time and simply loved every minute of the transaction. When all was said and done He said you are all set and I thought I would come back in a day or two to pick up my new car and he said no you can have it today! Like Really? Oh yes, it is all set and near your old car so you can transfer all your belongings. I then went into shock mode and couldn't believe it. All the way home, I was still in WHAT JUST HAPPENED mode. I am enjoying my new car Sally as I call her very much. More

Excellent experience Very good experience. Crystal was superb. She was able to compete with other dealers and really worked her way to get everything timely. Even had me Very good experience. Even had me picked up from my house, provided loaner and completed transaction as promised the next day and worked with their other departments to get all completed even last minute. There were no pushy sales tactics, just honest helpful information. We had only intended to take a test drive and move on, but Josh was so helpful and the pricing was so good that we ended up purchasing the vehicle that day and, thanks to Josh and his team, driving it home that afternoon! Great First New Car Experience I was unsure what type of auto would replace my Jeep. I needed time to browse without encountering any employees offering to help. After the right amo I was unsure what type of auto would replace my Jeep. I needed time to browse without encountering any employees offering to help. After the right amount of time we were greeted by Dave Boratyn. I was 90+ degrees and he was out in the lot all smiles. He was great from the moment we meet, answering questions on their inventory and telling about the different options the Chev Malibu had. Dave worked with me, he listened and understood what my budget was. Buying a car is a big expense with stress attached. Excellent would recommend to friends and family I just purchased a 2019 Chevy Equinox LT. My salesman was Paul Macchi and he was excellent.
