JAZZ WENT ABOVE AND BEYOUND EXTENDING HIS HELP ANYWAY HE COULD EVENTUALLY THE FOUR KIDS TOOK OVER THE DEALERSHIP WITH ALL THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE MAKING US ALL FEEL COMFORTABLE THEY WERE EVERYWHERE AND I NEVER HEARD A DONT TOUCH THAT JAZZ IS A FAMILY MAN AND I KNOW HE WILL WORK WITH YOU THE BEST THAT HE CAN LIKE HE HELPED ME AND MY SON'S 'WHOLE FAMILY!!! We'll be back Looking for a replacement vehicle for my much loved car, I knew exactly the models and features I was looking for. We had looked around at some other dealers and Lord, it was hard to get anybody to speak with us. We went to Imperial because we are aware that they have very good used cars. We were lucky enough to run right into Jazz Kelley when we got there. I explained what I was looking for and we trekked the ENTIRE parking lot, identifying those vehicles that met my criteria and also displaying a couple of other models that might work. We found almost exactly the vehicle I was looking for, within Blue Book for the model and year, and took it for a test drive. Needless to say, I left a deposit on Saturday, came back on Monday, completed the paperwork and financing and left with a car that is just fabulous. Jazz was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, not PUSHY at all, and had numbers available quickly when needed. Whatever we needed, he either had, found or got. I can't say enough good about him. Since it was after dinner when we left, they gave us a voucher for the Miss Mendon diner and we had a very decent meal there. Very good car buying experience overall. And a shout out to Dave in Financing who made it all quick and easy and was also a pleasure to work with. We will be back in when my husband's car needs replacing and he has even told Jazz what he wants and to be on the lookout for it. As good as it gets for new car buying We bought a Chevy Traverse today from Imperial with Paul Macchi as our salesman. We felt he was truly helping us to make it a good deal for us by tryi We bought a Chevy Traverse today from Imperial with Paul Macchi as our salesman. We felt he was truly helping us to make it a good deal for us by trying to negotiatate internally for the best trade in value for us. At the end of the day I'd say he did his job for us and Imperial. While we didn't get everything we asked we compromised so we felt good about the purchase. The process we nice, no pressure. We threw him a few curve-xxxxx, like changing our choice of cars, midstream and he was understanding and accepted that we as customers were entitled to change our minds. The visit with the finance department was equally professional without pressure. I have been there before for service of my existing Chevy Malibu and it's the most low key dealership I've experienced. I'd recommend to those looking for a new car to check them out. More
