He then had me work with J.D. the saleman. What a great Guy!! So very patient with me. I choose my car. (after changing my mind a few time, which didn't bother him a bit). Then I did the financial end with David. Again I cannot express the fact how wonderful he was to me. I was purchasing this by myself, and was nervous. He made the experience flawless. Everyone I worked with was so so nice to me. I also had a few chuckles with another salesman, Sam about my License plate... Great Place to shop. I live over a hour away from this dealership. I saw a few I liked so I called before going to see if they still had the vehicles I was interested in, I live over a hour away from this dealership. Bought a Used Vehicle Bought a used vehicle from Imperial Chevrolet. Found the vehicle on the Internet and contacted. Was placed with salesperson Crystal Floyd who was most pleasant to deal with. Any questions that pertained to the vehicle that she could not answer she would research as to give me correct information. After the purchase was finalized and I retrieved the vehicle I drove it on the highway and felt a small shimmy while driving at highway speeds. I contacted a Crystal and she referred me to service to set up an appointment to find out about it. Went to the service department and met Patrick Wallace who was also pleasant to talk to. Service performed, no more shimmy, no charge, problem resolved. I had also purchased a Jeep in 2011 from Imperial Cars and am very satisfied with my purchases and services performed. More

Excellent Dealership with Excellent Customer Experience Excellent dealership experience. I always received excellent service from their Chevy service center with my 2014 Chevy Traverse which I purchased Excellent dealership experience. I always received excellent service from their Chevy service center with my 2014 Chevy Traverse which I purchased from another dealership (inconvenient hours, slow, and expensive service after my old dealership changed ownership; that's why i switched). I received an excellent deal (I wish I got more for my old Traverse, but It was in a few accidents; I understood that) on a new loaded 2019 Chevy Traverse at a great price. My salesman Jazz Kelly worked hard for my business and got me a great deal. I was able to leave the dealership with my new vehicle the same day after a few hours (there is a diner car with excellent food in the same lot with the dealership owned by Imperial; the wait was long but tolerable; the dealership was busy). The dealership has a huge multi screen TV you can watch while you wait for your vehicle gets serviced or you can go get a meal at the diner car while your vehicle gets serviced. You can get a coupon for the cafe if your vehicle is serviced and a coupon for a car wash after your vehicle is serviced. The wait area is comfortable and clean. IT's located near the sales floor. The service department and the sales department were very courteous and respectful to me so I heartily recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Good experience leasing a Traverse I worked with Crystal and she was great, she was patient with all of my questions.
