Very Good I had a 2013 Buick Verano that I was constantly putting money into and was not looking to buy anything till my car was paid off. Then I was just drivi I had a 2013 Buick Verano that I was constantly putting money into and was not looking to buy anything till my car was paid off. Then I was just driving and decided to go look for fun. I ended up in Imperial Chevrolet and was met by A salesmen. I said just looking there was no pressure of any body else approaching me that gave me time to look at my options. After consideration I went to the showroom where I encountered a salesman JD very soft spoken and extremely helpful. We test drove some cars and I wanted to look at the Chevrolet Cruise premier model and the Chevrolet Malibu. After a while of taking every car out I decided on the Cruise model . It came loaded but I still had reservations about the price I was going to get for a trade in on my car. At first they gave me a trade in that was not close to what I wanted but they eventually gave me what I was looking for . Now, for the fun part the finance manager David Kerr little did he know my wife was going to be at the other end of the phone . She is a negotiator and they came down a lot and met every concern I had with the car plus, I had a great!! experience with them and the whole staff was exceptional in every aspect from top to bottom.
