Eduardo Ramirez, our salesman who had just begun working at the dealership was very helpful, kno We had an excellent experience at Imperial Chevrolet. Eduardo Ramirez, our salesman who had just begun working at the dealership was very helpful, knowledgeable and most important, patient, as my wife and I were looking for a "new to us" vehicle. After a long day and many test drives we decided on a vehicle. We then met with Ahmad Al-Jallad, the business manager who walked us through the tedious paperwork, explaining it thoroughly and making it easy to understand in a relaxed atmosphere. Great service I recently went into Imperial Chevrolet to see what my options were as my first ever lease was coming due. I worked with Jazz, he met me at the door a I recently went into Imperial Chevrolet to see what my options were as my first ever lease was coming due. I worked with Jazz, he met me at the door answered every question I had and then started showing me vehicles. From start to end it was the easiest time I’ve had at the dealership. Awesome Customer Service I would Defiantly Recommend Imperial Chevrolet, I went down Thursday night and I had Firas Ektilah help me choose a vehicle that was best for me which I would Defiantly Recommend Imperial Chevrolet, I went down Thursday night and I had Firas Ektilah help me choose a vehicle that was best for me which was a 2019 Chevrolet Trax which I absolutely love! And then David Kerr helped out with the financing and being patient until every thing was done! And then Friday I picked my beautiful car and now I couldn't be more happy with it, my very first BRAND new car ever that is not used, for the perfect price!
