Exceptional Service! I just wanted to thank the Service Department at Imperial Chevy. I stopped by last Saturday because my check engine light came on(without an appointme I just wanted to thank the Service Department at Imperial Chevy. I stopped by last Saturday because my check engine light came on(without an appointment, mind you). I was promptly greeted by Chris in Service. I explained my situation to him and told him I had no choice but to try and get my car looked at that day, because I am a nurse and don't get many days off! He took my car in and sent me to their diner with a free coffee voucher. 2 hours later I get a call that my car is all done and I'm ready to go. I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism. I highly recommend Imperial to anyone looking for a great experience. More
