Turns out they had just sold the car I came in to see, but Joshua Pepin was able to quickly find me a similar car that fit my wants and needs. The Business Manager David Kerr also did a great job at giving me a low rate on the financing. This is our third car bought from Imperial and we’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time for number four! More

Friendly Dealership Arrived on 12-9-18 to purchase a pick up truck. Spoke with Paul Macchi sales rep. We already knew what we were looking for and did our own homework Arrived on 12-9-18 to purchase a pick up truck. Spoke with Paul Macchi sales rep. We already knew what we were looking for and did our own homework before arriving at the dealership. We are very busy people being self employed and advised him we were not looking to be stroked around and knew where we needed to be for the pricing of the truck. Settled price in about 20 minutes...... paperwork finalized the next day, took a little over an hour. Picked up truck after that. Paul was exceptionally good at his job. Would recommend this sales rep for your next purchase at Imperial. More

Stay away!!!! Avoid this place like the plague. We had our GMC Acadia sent over there from a local repair shop since we were told it would need to be sent there to Avoid this place like the plague. We had our GMC Acadia sent over there from a local repair shop since we were told it would need to be sent there to clear the codes after it was fixed. Local guy ( who is great by the way) diagnosed it but left the codes so Imperial could see them. We get a call from them that it would be $5100 to repair it! We immediately called for a tow out of there ( New Years Eve). I called 4 hours later to make sure the car left their property and was told by the man that answered the phone in service that afternoon (12/31) that the keys weren’t there so the car is gone. TODAY I get a call from Chris that he is holding my car hostage until we pay $125 to diagnose the issue! Are you kidding me???? 1. The problem was diagnosed ( solenoid $1800) and 2. Why was I told the car was towed out of there 2 days before??? Scam artists. Also, don’t use their car wash. A month ago 2 cars in front of me was scratched so unbelievable from something stuck in the brushes!!!! I backed my Range Rover the heck out of there and will never return. BEWARE!!!! More

While we were looking around the lot for the specific car I wanted to see he suggested we drive around because it was cold. When we found the car it was already sold. Chris was quick to jump on the computer and find something similar with all the features I was looking for. He was great and not at all pushy. Chris was able to find something similar to what I was looking for and it was perfect! They were able to make a deal that fit my budget and were friendly throughout! More
