I was in a real pickle after my Kia Sorento decided to quit on me on the way to work one morning. I found out quickly that Keith really cared about what I wanted and never pushed me into looking at anything else. I appreciated Keith's professionalism, customer service and over all down to earth personality - a real breath of fresh air. I also appreciated Keith's patience with me as I had originally purchased a Malibu, only to return it the next day. I am 6'2", 310 lb , 54 year old man and there was no way I was going to be happy in it for the next 6 years. My daughter said it was "impractical" and she was right ! What was I thinking? I immediately called Keith and he assured me that everything would be ok and that I should come in the next day to find a better vehicle for me. And he did, I chose a 2019 Chevy Equinox LT, Redline edition SUV and I couldn't be happier. The Imperial Chevrolet staff is amazing. Always friendly, helpful and courteous. I made made a verbal appointment on the phone for an appointment to see a vehicle the following day. I traveled more than an hour to get there and find out they sold the vehicle.
