First Time Buyers We were in the market for a new car, a Chevy Equinox to be exact and Imperial had what we were looking for. We visited twice, the second time we took one out for a test drive, and talked with our sales consultant, Pete, to have some questions answered. Pete is a new sales consultant, and what questions he could not answer, he had Mike come over and help us. Both were great to interact with. Long story short, we left that day having purchased the Equinox we wanted at a fair price. Everyone we interacted with at this Imperial was excellent: Jazz, Pete, Mike and Omar in finance, all knew their business and were patient with our questions and a couple of hesitations we had. When we realized we wouldn't be taking our new vehicle home the day we did the paperwork because we needed new plates, they made sure to make it happen the next day, which was a Friday. We had our new vehicle for the weekend, which was great. I would recommend this dealership highly. We are enjoying our new Equinox! Joanne Cody More

bought used Pathfinder I had found a used Pathfinder online and decided to stop by to see if it was still available to test drive. We worked with Jean Daluomba. Someone had just taken the Pathfinder out for a test drive there was no pressure to show us other cars as I had told him I had come to see the Pathfinder. We waited a little bit before we could take it on a test drive. Jean was very friendly and not pushy at all. The car was very clean and Jean knew the history of the car very well as he had taken it in on a tradein. The next day when I came in to purchase it everything ran smoothly except for the extreme wait for finance. We were told we were next in line but waited 2 hours to even get in the office. Not sure if another salesperson got their people in but it was a long 2 hr wait just to be in his office for another hour on top of that. Overall I was happy that they showed me the car I wanted to see and didn't pressure me into looking at others. I thought Jean was very thorough and made sure I didn't feel pressured. I went back today to get car inspected and Jean was waiting right outside for me and I was in and out without any wait. I would recommend Jean as a salesperson. More
