After some thought, but not too much thought (!), having owned a 1998 Silverado for 17 years, we decided on the 2015 Chevy Silverado. Firas explained everything as we went through the actual purchase. Within a matter of a couple of hours, we owned the Silverado. When we went to pick up the truck, he explained all of the buttons (smile). He helped us with our trial period for OnStar. First Time Buyers We were in the market for a new car, a Chevy Equinox to be exact and Imperial had what we were looking for. We visited twice, the second time we took We were in the market for a new car, a Chevy Equinox to be exact and Imperial had what we were looking for. We visited twice, the second time we took one out for a test drive, and talked with our sales consultant, Pete, to have some questions answered. Pete is a new sales consultant, and what questions he could not answer, he had Mike come over and help us. Both were great to interact with. Long story short, we left that day having purchased the Equinox we wanted at a fair price. Everyone we interacted with at this Imperial was excellent: Jazz, Pete, Mike and Omar in finance, all knew their business and were patient with our questions and a couple of hesitations we had. When we realized we wouldn't be taking our new vehicle home the day we did the paperwork because we needed new plates, they made sure to make it happen the next day, which was a Friday. We had our new vehicle for the weekend, which was great. I would recommend this dealership highly. We are enjoying our new Equinox! Joanne Cody More
