Stress free and fun experience I needed to get a new vehicle as my truck has some major problems. Very relaxed, helpful and enjoyable I went to Imperial recently after seeing a car that I was interested in online. The dealership was a hour away from me. I went there expecting to just take a look but I ended up buying the car and leaving it with it that day. And I am not an impulse buyer! Firas was great. In the medical community uses the term 'bedside manner' to describe great empathic care. I wish there were a similar term for non-medical professionals. From the moment I engaged with the dealership - from Chris on the phone, Bruce who I was to meet at the dealership, Firas, and Omar, the Business Manager who did my financing - the entire team exudes something positive and usually elusive at car dealerships. To plagiarize another dealer's commercial, I never felt like they, and particularly Firas, were trying to sell me car, but rather they were helping me buy one. More

Our long time Sales Manager Tommy Sollicito who we have purchas My husband and I stopped in to look at the new Chevrolet Trax LS AWD on Memorial Day. Our long time Sales Manager Tommy Sollicito who we have purchased cars with over the last 32 years referred us to salesman John Earl. John was very professional and took the time to show us around the dealership and we test drove a couple of new Trax. John took the time to show the details of all the ins and outs of the Trax. We leased a 2017 Trax that day and was able to drive home the Trax SUV on the same day of our visit, Now that's service! Thanks to Earl and Tommy we are again very satisfied with Imperial Chevrolet. AMAZING I had the most amazing car buying experience at Imperial Chevrolet! We were greeted by David Boratyn. He was very helpful in setting me up with the right salesperson. Then I met Firas Ektilah. Very professional. He totally understood my situation and sprung into action. It was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. To assist was Finance guru Omar Ihjul. What an excellent TEAM. After the car was mine things needed to be done before I could take my car home. It took a few days but I received a phone call daily from Firas Ektilah. Having made the choice I did by going to Imperial Chevy has ended a total 6 hours per day getting to work in Worcester from Milford. Seemed endless...Now I've reached that light at the end of the tunnel. You guys are amazing. Firas I would most assuredly send people your way. David B...well done...great TEAM!!!
