2018 equinox I have not purchased a new car in over 22 years. The staff at Imperial Chevy was excellent in all aspects of my purchase. AMAZING I had the most amazing car buying experience at Imperial Chevrolet! We were greeted by David Boratyn. He was very helpful in setting me up with the I had the most amazing car buying experience at Imperial Chevrolet! We were greeted by David Boratyn. He was very helpful in setting me up with the right salesperson. Then I met Firas Ektilah. Very professional. He totally understood my situation and sprung into action. It was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. To assist was Finance guru Omar Ihjul. What an excellent TEAM. After the car was mine things needed to be done before I could take my car home. It took a few days but I received a phone call daily from Firas Ektilah. Having made the choice I did by going to Imperial Chevy has ended a total 6 hours per day getting to work in Worcester from Milford. Seemed endless...Now I've reached that light at the end of the tunnel. You guys are amazing. Firas I would most assuredly send people your way. David B...well done...great TEAM!!! Buying a used car We came in after work after seeing an ad on the internet. We were surprised that the car was still there. Sonny (Sanclerio) came out to greet us and We came in after work after seeing an ad on the internet. We were surprised that the car was still there. Sonny (Sanclerio) came out to greet us and showed us the car right away. We looked at several more cars in our price range ,but kept coming back to this one. He sat down with us and did all the paperwork and never pressured us in any way. Bruce (from the front desk) came over to meet us and was also very pleasant, When the time came to go in to talk with the finance department, Ahmad took over. Again, no pressure. He explained everything twice to us ( we are seniors) and we finally left at 9:30 that night. They helped clean out our old car and transfer everything in our new car. Ahmad also made us an appointment for next week to get our car inspected and a couple of add on feature. We have never been inside your workplace before, but we would give it an A+ rating!! We enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend you to anyone who wants to purchase a car. Thank you again, Pat and Guy Jess Auburn Ma. More
