Highly Incompetent and Arrogant This was one of the worst experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. Not only was the process slowed down due to incapable sales and finance employ This was one of the worst experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. Not only was the process slowed down due to incapable sales and finance employees but I was treated rudely throughout the process. The dealership's paperwork mishap cost me an additional $120 in rental car fees, which they were not willing to help repay. Bruce D responded with an indignant "No" when my father asked if there was recourse for me to help pay for the rental car. When we turned to head for the door, Bruce sternly said "Shame on you" toward us because we walked away after being told no. Not only is this unprofessional but is one of the poorest examples of customer service. He only became arrogant and disrespectful after we signed the paperwork sealing the deal. If that weren't enough, It took the dealership three days to complete registration paperwork. I'm not sure why it took so long but there was never an apology from Bruce. When I finally came to pick up my truck, Bruce sat at his desk and ignored me after I requested on the phone to see him when I arrived. Poor business model and even worse customer service. My sales agreement stated that I was owed "Great Service," this was surely not met. I expected better from Bruce and his team. More

We had three company trucks with recalls Sean at service scheduled us to bring one truck in the morning and swap them out as they were finished.
