So Impressed! CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT YOUR SERVICE CENTER!!!!! New to the area and had to find a new dealer for my GMC Acadia. Tried calling the local G CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT YOUR SERVICE CENTER!!!!! New to the area and had to find a new dealer for my GMC Acadia. Tried calling the local GMC/Buick dealer and was immediately turned off. Was going to just bring it to a chain shop in the town over but I figured I would give the Chevy dealer a shot. Not only was Chris able to take my car in right away, but they also did a recall that I didn't even know about yet! Im just so pleased with my experience. Chris is such a Nice man. I chatted with the other service reps, Anne and Patrick and even got introduced to the Service Manager Tim! Such a great group of people. You will NOT be disappointed. Highly recommend Chris! He is a true asset to your company. More

Stay away!!!! Avoid this place like the plague. We had our GMC Acadia sent over there from a local repair shop since we were told it would need to be sent there to Avoid this place like the plague. We had our GMC Acadia sent over there from a local repair shop since we were told it would need to be sent there to clear the codes after it was fixed. Local guy ( who is great by the way) diagnosed it but left the codes so Imperial could see them. We get a call from them that it would be $5100 to repair it! We immediately called for a tow out of there ( New Years Eve). I called 4 hours later to make sure the car left their property and was told by the man that answered the phone in service that afternoon (12/31) that the keys weren’t there so the car is gone. TODAY I get a call from Chris that he is holding my car hostage until we pay $125 to diagnose the issue! Are you kidding me???? 1. The problem was diagnosed ( solenoid $1800) and 2. Why was I told the car was towed out of there 2 days before??? Scam artists. Also, don’t use their car wash. A month ago 2 cars in front of me was scratched so unbelievable from something stuck in the brushes!!!! I backed my Range Rover the heck out of there and will never return. BEWARE!!!! More

The car was towed to the dealership the day of the issue. Work on the vehicle began the following morning. The parts for the repair were ordered that day. During the time of the repair the dealership offered me a free rental to use until the repair was completed. The service department could not have more caring and accommodating towards me. Because of the parts issue and the potential time of the repair the rental was offered which was a major plus. The employees behind the counter were extremely pleasant towards me. In addition to the great experience, I had paid for an extended warranty service plan, when I purchased the car, which covered most of the repair to the vehicle.
