Crooks Was told the dealership needed to see my vehicle in person to give me a ballpark figure to purchase from me even though the other three dealerships we Was told the dealership needed to see my vehicle in person to give me a ballpark figure to purchase from me even though the other three dealerships we able to use pictures to give me a ballpark price. I had told them via email how much I needed and the other offers that I received. Keep in mind that I purchased three cars from this dealership and was thinking that Imperial being the largest would give me the best trade in. I walk in to the dealership and not one of the two people I was told to ask for were there. Long story short they came in $3,000 less than my other lowest offer. I am more irate that I needed to go in to the dealership to be told that. The car is also in mint condition. My entire family has been purchasing cars there for a while and never again will they or I purchase a vehicle from them or any other Imperial location. More

Service I’m from Az flew down to help my brother out. I Took my brothers car in for a recall and they told me I couldn’t get in till the folloeing Friday! As I was setting up the appointment they Shocked me and got the car in right away!! I’m not used to this kind of customer service. Than the following week drove in To see if they could do an oil change and got me in right away! If I lived here I would feel comfortable doing business with them. I highly recommend them. More
