We work for a non-profit organization and went to Imperial Ford for the first time to purchase 2 vehicles which was listed at a low price and miles. Once we got there, we were greeted by David Borat Imperial Ford for the first time to purchase 2 vehicles which was listed at a low price and miles. Once we got there, we were greeted by David Boratyn/Salesman, he was awesome! He advised us what the vehicle offers and went through with the purchases surprisingly quickly. What did this dealership provide me other than a vehicle — INCONVENIENCE. Stay away from this dealership. Do not finance with them, they add a markup to the interest rate. I have excellent credit, but yet w — INCONVENIENCE. Stay away from this dealership. Do not finance with them, they add a markup to the interest rate. I have excellent credit, but yet was given an INFLATION interest rate. This was my own fault because I didn’t do my homework and get a pre approved auto loan. I ended up having to refinance through a credit union to receive a 3% lower interest rate(inconvenience). An extra application and hard inquiry on my credit. Don’t get GAP insurance. It wasn’t even discussed but yet I ended up paying for it. So I had to refinance and cancel GAP insurance, two things that could’ve been avoided. The business manager Audie was not happy that I went this route. Can you tell by his email response attached after asking a couple of simple questions? More
