I just bought a new Ford Ranger from Imperial and it was a pleasant no stress experience, which has not been typical in my car buying history. In fact I heard anther sales associate tell a customer that if they didn't feel 100% convinced and confident in their purchase decision they may want to go home and think it over rather than making a decision they might regret. That is not the typical experience I have had in most places where they send 3 managers after you rather than let you leave. I would absolutely buy my next car here and recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The price listed on the internet was exactly the price offered when I arrived at the dealership, no bait and switch or finding out that the price was only for certain rebates that almost no one qualifies for as I experienced the day before at a different dealership.
