Dave Bertulli knew exactly what was on the lot and was able to talk with me at length about what I was looking for, without pushing me in a direction I didn't want to go in. As a young woman, I was nervous heading into a dealership by myself. He worked with my situation, which included a vehicle with high mileage- to get me into a new car at a low price. There was some haggling but it was light and he was very kind. I gave Dave 4 stars!! The 5th star is for Mike the finance guy. When it came down to financing, Mike Docouto came in for the win!! We spend a good amount of time together. We laughed and he worked HARD to make this deal everything I wanted and more. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of this experience, and love my new Ford Focus. I have been referring everyone here, and my coworker actually ended up buying the same car as me already. One of our sons had already bought a truck and a car there and another son bought a car there. Each time we were very impressed with the relaxed environment and employees there. Ahmad Alsabagh is one of those relaxed and very personable employees. We went for a test drive in one of the cars we had seen on the internet. Ahmad explained some of the features as we were out on the test drive and explained the pricing when we were in the office. We asked a question, probably more finance than car related and Ahmad said he didn't know and that Mike would be the better one to ask about that. I really appreciate honest answers! Our car happened to be ready on the earlier date of the time range when Ahmad said it would be ready, so it was delivered in a timely manner. When we picked up our car, Ahmad was there to thoroughly go through all it's features! I really appreciated that too! Mike Docouto, "the finance guy", worked to get us a great rate on our new car! He is awesome and funny! We loved spending time with him! More

In their desperate cash seeking methods they told her new tires and brakes needed. Not asked for, just oil and washer service. Spoke to key stone cops service center, where the person had to put me on hold every question asked. Bottom line I said just oil change and washer hose repair. Daughter goes to pick up car day later, oil warning light is on washer still not working. Service person says wasn't suppose to do (check drop of form, I wrote) They provided disgusting customer service to a customer who obviously wasn't important. BEWARE!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!! More
