As i dropped off the vehicle I asked if they could do an oil change at the same time. Donald said: yes, no problem. Work was done well and quickly. The oil change came to $41 and included tire rotation, car wash and multi-point inspection. I especially like the info provided on the brakes. More

Excellent Car Buying Experience We were looking at Ford dealerships in Central Massachusetts/Metro-west area trying to find a specific color and model, the Ford Edge. Other dealers We were looking at Ford dealerships in Central Massachusetts/Metro-west area trying to find a specific color and model, the Ford Edge. Other dealers led my husband and I around the lot, showing us used models, or different cars altogether. It was discouraging. We found that Imperial Ford employees have a very professional approach when dealing with customers...they actually LISTEN. Ron Dulac was extremely helpful - he drove us out to the field to locate the car we specified and took us on a test drive immediately without trying to profile us and redirect our attention to other inventory. Everyone was personable and attentive. We are happy with our purchase, the process, and the prospects of sending family and friends down to Mendon when they need to shop for reliable transportation without a hassle. Thank you very much! Excellent Service I had a great experience at the dealership today during a Check Engine Light service. My service adviser - Donald Hanscom - was very patient and court I had a great experience at the dealership today during a Check Engine Light service. My service adviser - Donald Hanscom - was very patient and courteous with me. I had a few questions and had to check on a few things before I could finish explaining my issues.
