I like Imperial Toyota not just because it is close to my house, I like Imperial because of the service advisor Soamy Ayala. She is straight forward with me on what my car actually needs. Other Toyota servic house, I like Imperial because of the service advisor Soamy Ayala. She is straight forward with me on what my car actually needs. Other Toyota service often seemed like they were upselling non essential services. I have a sense of trust with Soamy that she is honestly advising on what my Highlander needs. With this great of service, I am happy that Imperial is close by. More
