Explained everything to me his name was Jarret. He even took the time to help me find on the website all the accessories to my car and help me download it! DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you want to deal with cowards and scammers. Imperial Toyota decided to let my dad know there was only a single key fob AS HE WAS TAKING DELIVERY OF THE TRUCK. They knew all along that scammers. Imperial Toyota decided to let my dad know there was only a single key fob AS HE WAS TAKING DELIVERY OF THE TRUCK. They knew all along that there was only one key fob but they chose to mislead my dad regardless—and decline to make it right after the fact. It will be another $400 for another key fob. The manager, Eric Mamede, runs an irresponsible and unethical business. For a company that cares so much about their reviews, they lack customer service. More
AS I AM TAKING DELIVERY I learn that the (very pricey) truck I purchased came with a single key fob. I found that somewhat disappointing... until I got home and did some research. THEN I learned that a truck I purchased came with a single key fob. I found that somewhat disappointing... until I got home and did some research. THEN I learned that a new programmed fob will likely run over $400! That's a significant hit. Now I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. I think that not disclosing this ahead of time - given the known cost - was irresponsible and - perhaps - unethical. My sales person went to the manager to plead my case. I bought my car in October 2022 at imperial Toyota in Milford mass. After six months of driving my car, my “low air in tire tire light” went on. I called Toyota and it didn’t take long for me to get an a Milford mass. After six months of driving my car, my “low air in tire tire light” went on. I called Toyota and it didn’t take long for me to get an appointment. The service person I dealt with was Curtis Jones. He was so kind and very professional and he said to me while you’re here do you want us to rotate your tires so you don’t have to come back. I was almost on my 5000 mile tire rotation check up. He saved me a lot of time by not having to come back and took care of it. I was very grateful and very appreciative that he offered me those services on the same day. Anytime in the future when I need work done on my car, ask for Curtis Jones. More

It was fate . .. I pulled up to Imperial Toyota in Milford and there was Hany stepping outside for a breath of fresh air ... I got out of my car and asked ... are y .. He said yes and we started the process. He was so positive, helpful and had so much patience. I "tortured" him for a few hours looking at everything ... he showed me everything that might work for me and listened. Finally I decided on a beautiful small suv and 3 other interested parties came in after me for the same car. I was lucky he hung in there with me!!! Thank you Hany!! More
