Glad I found my new Toyota Dealer! I am new to the area. The back hatch shock on my Rav Prime broke. I brought it to Imperial and they were able to fix it, no problem. They sold me a 2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring that they claimed was repaired and recently serviced before I took it. O way. They would have seen these issues clearly if it had been looked at. From day 1 I've had n was repaired and recently serviced before I took it. O way. They would have seen these issues clearly if it had been looked at. From day 1 I've had nothing but trouble. Bad engine, bad brakes, bad exhaust, bad SkyActiv system, bad $2k extended warranty, and did not honor the 30 day guarantee to fix. I was told to fix the SkyActiv, I needed to commit fraud with my insurance company. I also was told there was nothing wrong with the brakes, but its still happening. Again, I was told I had to pay $700 out of pocket for the door foam guard. All within the 30 days. This has ruined me financially and mentally. More
