I recently had my Highlander serviced at Imperial Toyota. I have used only them since purchasing my 2016 Highlander and I've been very pleased. This time I dealt with Jarett and he was professional and st I have used only them since purchasing my 2016 Highlander and I've been very pleased. This time I dealt with Jarett and he was professional and stayed in contact with me throughout the needed service, so that I knew exactly what they were doing and why. I will continue to use Imperial for all my service needs. Jarett made it a pleasure dealing with this dealership. I feel much safer in my car now that the service is completed. They picked up my car from my home and returned it to me and all of their workers were kind and respectful. Thank you for a job well done. More

As per usua,l my trip to Imperial Toyota in Milford, MA, was fine. My car was taken immediately after I drove into the service bay. I bought my new Camry a few months back from Bruno and Bob the manager. Both of these guys were excellent to deal with. I bought my car in October 2022 at imperial Toyota in Milford mass. After six months of driving my car, my “low air in tire tire light” went on. I called Toyota and it didn’t take long for me to get an a Milford mass. After six months of driving my car, my “low air in tire tire light” went on. I called Toyota and it didn’t take long for me to get an appointment. The service person I dealt with was Curtis Jones. He was so kind and very professional and he said to me while you’re here do you want us to rotate your tires so you don’t have to come back. I was almost on my 5000 mile tire rotation check up. He saved me a lot of time by not having to come back and took care of it. I was very grateful and very appreciative that he offered me those services on the same day. Anytime in the future when I need work done on my car, ask for Curtis Jones. More
