The dealership is good , I love the finance officer he is knowledgeable, thoughtful also very helpful, but my Sale consultant Lucas Mann he is nice but except the fact that he added addiction power train war knowledgeable, thoughtful also very helpful, but my Sale consultant Lucas Mann he is nice but except the fact that he added addiction power train warranty that cost 4530 that I don't recall asking for that at all , He showed me the final total only ,and I'm kinda surprised it was really high I thought that was dealership free or registration fee I asked him can it be any lower he said he gave me the best rate already then when I went in with the room with the finance officer to sign the agreement he said I have warranty so I thought that it came with buying (purchasing this car) and then I read the contract carefully and had to run back to dealership to cancel that additional plan I totally didn't ask. Bought a 2018 escape that was supposed to have a 171 pt inspection done. It was a lemon. Returned 2 days later. Told I couldn’t get my truck I traded in back and cancel the contract. With more miles and $4000more dollars ! It was supposed to have had the hood latch fixed but didn’t. It’s in contract they fix and I have dropped it off twice and the mechanic says he can’t fix it. So I guess I have to take it to ford and hopefully auto man will stand behind it and reimburse me. Haven’t had any luck with management calling me back or returning text! I seen my truck on their lot after I bought the 2 nd escape so they lied about that o am guessing so they could upsell me instead of losing a sale. Also had to pay a restocking fee for the 2018 lemon they sold me. It’s been the worst experience I ever had and I’m 57years old. More

Services were horrible, I haven't even had my car for 30 days yet and all 4 rotors and breaks are gone and the check engine light is because the car needs a thermostat. Took it to the service center just to days yet and all 4 rotors and breaks are gone and the check engine light is because the car needs a thermostat. Took it to the service center just to be told it will be $1600 to do the thermostat and in order for me to get a quote for the rotors and breaks I would have to pay over $100 in order for them to take the tire off when they didn't need to take the tire off the car is white and tire and rim is completely rusted from the rotor and break. They also told me I declined the warranty when I was NEVER asked if I wanted a warranty. The lemon law is 90 days of purchasing a vehicle. I was sold a lemon now I will be looking to get a lawyer. I have called numerous times and each time I was told someone will be reaching out and no one never reached until 2 weeks ago after I done had the car almost 30 days, 2 days after I had the car the check engine light came on. I would not recommend you guys to anyone. More
