Steve and Bob were both incredibly patient with us as we came back multiple times prior to making a purchase and also in helping us figure out what type of Subaru would be best for our family. The process of purchasing the vehicle was quick and painless, which you don't often hear. I would highly recommend to any one searching for a Subaru! More

New car purchase experience at International Subaru I have been considering purchasing a Outback for quite sometime. I talked to friends and researched the Outback on line. I decided to visit the dealer I have been considering purchasing a Outback for quite sometime. I talked to friends and researched the Outback on line. I decided to visit the dealer. We met with Bill Parish who was most helpful in answering all of my questions regarding the vehicle and its price. This experience convinced my wife and I to take the next step to purchase the Outback, We met with Bill again to review some of the options and met with Janine Turner to discuss finance and warranty options. Again, all my questions were answered and various alternatives explained. We never felt pressured to purchase the vehicle or the various options. Both Bill and Janine made the purchase experience pleasant. More

We liked the place so much, bought two Foresters! I started out being interested in replacing my 2009 Honda Pilot. After test driving a Forester, we both bought one. We could not beat the price that I started out being interested in replacing my 2009 Honda Pilot. After test driving a Forester, we both bought one. We could not beat the price that Larry gave us, the service was great (Janine is very good at explaining the service and finance options), and these folks have inventory ... well now they have two less than they started with... The atmosphere is friendly and everyone seems to be having a good time. We live in Wisconsin, the trip was worth it. More

New car purchase I purchased a new 2020 Subaru Outback Touring SUV from International Subaru and traded in my 2016 Subaru Outback. I went to their internet site and go I purchased a new 2020 Subaru Outback Touring SUV from International Subaru and traded in my 2016 Subaru Outback. I went to their internet site and got an eprice online from Ashley and was very pleased with the number. She was very prompt answering my email. Ashley set me up with Larry in sales at the dealership and he made sure that I received my full Subaru guaranteed trade-in price on my 2016 Outback. Their business manager, Janine, took care of all of my paperwork and did not pressure me to buy any ad-ons if I felt I didn’t want them. It was an enjoyable experience working with everyone. They were all very pleasant to work with. I previously had all of my maintenance work on my 2016 Outback done at the service department and was pleased with it and will continue to have my new Outback serviced here.. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
