F350 First Oil change They did a great job of taking care of my new F350 Had some mixed signals with the sales person who told me to come after the first 1000. miles to g They did a great job of taking care of my new F350 Had some mixed signals with the sales person who told me to come after the first 1000. miles to get the oil changed. The service dept. told me that was not true it didn't need to be changed so to bring it in at 3000 this is what I did then was told I didn't need it till the first 5000. we did it 3000 and will be back in at the 7500 mile mark. Over all great experience they were able to get it in on a Saturday. I dropped it off on Friday night and picked it up around 2 pm Saturday. Happy camper. More

I came up from Colorado Springs, traded and purchased a used vehicle that had a couple of repair issues come up after the closing and after taking possession of the vehicle. My sales person was Daniel Snider and he worked with me to get the repair issue resolved and even offered a couple of solution options. In the end, the dealership credited payment for the repair with the mechanic of my choice in the town where I live. This is something the dealership was not contractually obligated to do, but because they value their customers and excellent reputation, they decided it was best to repair the vehicle and look for repeat business perhaps down the road, an excellent business model!!
