Kelly Frank has been exceptional through my ordering and delivery of a new Super Duty. Even after I took delivery and discovered an engine oil leak, Kelly went above and beyond to track the repair and made delivery of a new Super Duty. He took the time to really inspect the truck and compare it to options on another F150 that we were looking at.
