I made an appointment more than a week ago for an oil change at Inver Grove Honda, I got there and checked in by 1:35 pm, waited in their waiting area. By 3:30 pm I checked with one of the agent and was change at Inver Grove Honda, I got there and checked in by 1:35 pm, waited in their waiting area. By 3:30 pm I checked with one of the agent and was told technician is finishing up with my. It took them more than 2 hours to complete an oil change on my car. I find that Unacceptable and they took ridiculously long for just an oil change on my car with an appointment. More

My wife and I had purchased a car at Inver Grove Honda a few years ago and had a good experience, so I went back with my daughter who was looking for a reliable used car and met with Ken Wagner.
