My salesman and finance person were only out to lease me a new car I was given a higher interest rate and I had excellent credit before they pulled 2 credit reports at toyota and they also charged me the a new car I was given a higher interest rate and I had excellent credit before they pulled 2 credit reports at toyota and they also charged me the DMV fees of over $400 when I had already bought the tabs They said they took the fees off but didn't. The finance person Larry Corbin already had my credit app up on his computer and already filled in when I walked in. They did not have my permission to pull credit reports ahead of time. I was told they put my application out to several banks and or credit unions but they didn't,. They used toyota Financing and said the 7.16% was the best they could do. When it came time to sign the forms Larry did not give me time to read each page instead pulling each page away so I couldn't see the changes he had made. I've leased 2 vehicles previous with Toyota financial and have never been late and was already pre-approved so why pull two credit reports that lowered my credit score by even more More
