The finance person Larry Corbin already had my credit app up on his computer and already filled in when I walked in. They did not have my permission to pull credit reports ahead of time. I was told they put my application out to several banks and or credit unions but they didn't,. They used toyota Financing and said the 7.16% was the best they could do. When it came time to sign the forms Larry did not give me time to read each page instead pulling each page away so I couldn't see the changes he had made. I've leased 2 vehicles previous with Toyota financial and have never been late and was already pre-approved so why pull two credit reports that lowered my credit score by even more More
