Oil Change/Check Brakes When I brought my car in for an oil change, I asked if they would check my brakes as I was hearing some squeaking. Mike Ivey came to talk to me and t When I brought my car in for an oil change, I asked if they would check my brakes as I was hearing some squeaking. Mike Ivey came to talk to me and told me they test drove the car and thought the brakes were fine, possibly some rust in the brake drums were causing the squeaking. He told the technicians to take a better look at the brakes and do a more thorough inspection. After doing so, they found no problems. I am so grateful to Mike for caring enough to go that extra mile for me. I left the service center with peace of mind and confidence in the work performed. I have been bringing my vehicle to Toyota Service Center for routine maintenance and repairs since I bought my car in 2007. Mike Ivey has always been friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.
