Routine Maintenance I would normally give Toyota service 5 stars. However, my most recent visit was only 4/5 stars. I was charged for a tire rotation...The tires were p I would normally give Toyota service 5 stars. However, my most recent visit was only 4/5 stars. I was charged for a tire rotation...The tires were purchased at Inver Grove Toyota and rotations should be free. My husband caught this after I returned home. Also, I was told the wait time would be approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. After almost 2 hours I went to inquire about my vehicle.....it had been done for awhile. Apparently the keys and paper work were placed in the wrong area after the car wash. More

Outstanding Customer Serive I have now leased two cars through Inver Grove Toyota. I have worked with Jim Hayes both times, and had the pleasure to also work with Dean Rothenbac I have now leased two cars through Inver Grove Toyota. I have worked with Jim Hayes both times, and had the pleasure to also work with Dean Rothenbacher this time as well. I am a younger adult, and often get concerned that I will end up over paying for a vehicle. I was given outstanding service both time that I went in to talk about the car I was interested in leasing. Jim and Dean were very knowledgeable about the questions and concerns that I had and ensured that they were doing everything that they could to make my experience great. After my first visit this time around with Dean, Jim called me to ensure that I was given everything I needed to make my decision. I scheduled an appointment with him the following week and he was just as wonderful as he was when I leased my first vehicle there two years ago. He made the process very easy, and tried to make it go by as fast as possible with the best results. I was not at the dealership long, and I walked away with a brand new 2017 Toyota. My experience could have not have been better, and I would not dream of going anywhere else to get a vehicle! More
