I keep leasing with Toyota because of this place! This place has the BEST service. I am one of those customers who fails to schedule a service an appointment. By the time I realize it's time to take This place has the BEST service. I am one of those customers who fails to schedule a service an appointment. By the time I realize it's time to take the car in, it's the last minute. Still, Inver Grove Toyota NEVER gives me flack for my requesting "walk/drive-in" service. Also, I tend to come on Saturday--which is always busy. Again, no problem with this dealership! They get me in and out fast. I always expect to stay for at least 1,5 hours, but they manage to have my car ready in less than an hour. The people at check-in are always nice. I mean ALWAYS. That's rare. I appreciate that they remind me of my next service and they offer to schedule my next appointment. I also really appreciate that the young woman who waited on me this past visit let me know that I am past my 25k/24 month warranty and that I could purchase an extended warranty if I so choose. Since I plan to contract for a new lease, soon, I won't need the extended warranty, but it's ice to know that If I decide to lease-end/buy out my current car that it can be under some sort of warranty. I moved to MN in 2011. I brought my 2010 Venza in to be serviced and decided right then that Inver Grove is the best place to go for service. In fact, whenever my lease is up, I always contemplate switching to another brand just to see what other cars are like. However, when I think about the fact that if I lease a Toyota, I know I have a great car and I know that Inver Grove will make sure it's always in working order, I don;t find any justification for taking such a risk with another maker. Also, you know you have great service when the check-in person provides you the overall assessment of the vehicle and you get the "good" news and also things that will need to be addressed for the next visit. This is a sincere review. It's saying something when even the cashier is polite even though she isn't collecting money for repairs. I hope the folks at Inver Grove receive perks for the kind of service they provide. They work hard. I'm pretty difficult to please, but the folks at this dealership are professional, efficient, and sincere. Thanks for everything. More
