Had a very good experience Aminah helped me find the (used) Toyota Sienna that will work for many years for us! I was glad to find a female sales associate and she was helpful with the facts but not with the pressure. She was honest with me and I was honest with her and things just went well. She put up with my kids checking out the options with me and went along on our test drive. Again, she was helpful but not overpowering or adding stress. After the test drive, she asked what she needed to do. I said I just needed space to think and time to discuss things more with my husband. She respected that, and called the next day to follow up. She let me know at each point I was at what the consequences could be to my decisions or options. Once we worked out a deal, I couldn't believe how smoothly things went. Options were presented and explained. We are looking forward to getting our minivan tomorrow (with the rust coating, and other finishes applied)! More
