service staff is a great asset to the Toyota Experience I have been going to Toyota for about 2 years since I bought the car. I did not buy the car there, but it was suggested that if I had a problem with I have been going to Toyota for about 2 years since I bought the car. I would like to say that the service department staff does a great job, friendly, and helpful in helping a customer with all updates about their car. A couple months ago, I had a brake job done, and a young man drove me home while the service was being done. He was friendly, knew what was going on in the world today, didn't have an additude like most young kids today. I was very impressed with him. She explained to me that you guys were down to one working car wash that you also share with another sister dealership. So there would be a longer wait, so I declined the car wash, but she kindly offered me a Rain Check on the car wash for another day. That was a nice touch- very simple, and I very much appreciated it. Waited nearly an hour in the lobby until Mary came to notify me that my oil change was done.
